That's a risk you take. Ideally the providers (not just iFriends) would provide a system of oversight and arbitrage - everything's recorded - and go the extra mile to protect the models from psychos, stalkers, scammers and the many other undesirables that bedevil them. A fair system would also protect clients from any vindictive models and their catfights. It should be industry wide and industry funded.
